February 20, 2009Olivia and I were chatting about mommy today. She likes to remind me that “mommy cute” when she see’s the picture of her on the wall. Then, as I’ve mentioned before, she blows kisses to the sky. I ran across these the other day and I smiled:

Yes, Olivia was right. “mommy cute”.
By the way….we are only days from getting our hands on the final video from her memorial service, I know there were so many of you that wanted to get a copy. I will make them available for a donation to AoH (the way she’d want it) in the very near future. Thanks for being patient.
Oh..one more thing. I recently got the award in the mail from the Love this site! awards that many of you voted for us for. Well, way to go, cause we won the “relationships” category for 2008!! WhooHoo

Your last post about dating etc….I have not lost my beloved spouse…but if I did I do not know how I could ever love someone again like I do him.

Olivia was surely right… Mommy cute and brave and smart and all kinds of other things that you’ll show her over the years. Olivia will also come to know that Daddy awesome- for keeping Mommy’s memory alive, for being wise and emotionally healthy, for working hard on AoH to help others, for loving Jesus and for caring for Olivia so amazingly. You are both always in our prayers.

Oh how I miss her. I miss Misty. I often think about her cute smile, and when I do it brings a smile to my face too. I am so glad you won, that is really great!It’s just one more tribute to Misty and your love for her and Olivia.
